Greenpark adds key personnel to staff
 
Capitalizing on the opportunity to bring strong new personnel to its staff, Greenpark Mortgage recently hired some key former employees of Interate Mortgage, which maintained operations in Massachusetts. The new Greenpark staff members are Northeast Regional Manager David Chinian, Branch Manager Jim Kochakian, Loan Officer Darlene Randone, Bi-Lingual Loan Officer Miguel Aguillo, and Loan Processor Nancy Ciancio.

Founded in 2001 by Gershkowitz and partner Patty O’Meara, Greenpark is based in Needham, Mass., with additional offices in Boston, Westborough and Quincy. The company services a wide range of corporate and personal clients throughout New England, including an exclusive partnering with the Massachusetts Teachers Association which has more than 107,000 members.
